Bountiful Blessings by Laurel Burch for Clothworks
Bountiful Blessings by Laurel Burch for Clothworks has arrived! It is in the store and online. Sadly, this is the last collection that Laurel Burch completed before she passed away. This is a truly gorgeous collection. There are cats, birds, and for the non-animal lovers out there (are there any?) she did several designs of trees and stockings sans critters.May 06, 2008
100 New Fabrics Have Arrived!
We're back from the NSQG show in Somers. There were really great quilts in the show. Lots of variety and tons of talent. While we were away Nancy was busy checking in 100 bolts of new fabric of all types. Stop by or check out our Newest Additions page.

We're Off to Somers!
Well, we're off to Somers, NY today to vend at the Northern Star Quilter's Guild quilt show this weekend. Heather and Nancy will be minding the store so we hope you either join us at the show or visit the store or both!April 29, 2008
New Fabrics from Rowan Have Arrived!
Jim and I couldn't resist bringing in a choice selection of fabrics from Kaffe Fassett Studios. We always carried Kaffe's designs but have added in fabulous patterns from Phillip Jacobs, Carla Miller, Marie Kelzer, Tina Givens, and Martha Negley! There are gorgeous flowers, fish and designs with movement. Just navigate to the Rowan page to see them all. You'll also see Amy Butler on the Rowan page as well. They truly have some of the most talented designers in the world. If you're not used to using large prints Kaffe Fassett advised Jim and I to just look at the side of the bolt and use that fabric as the color that it reads ignoring scale, direction, and pattern. It works and it's a great way to get your feet wet in the world of large scale designs! Besides, we're always happy to help you with your fabric selection. This coming weekend look for us at the NSQG show in Somers NY.

Old English Rose is in Bloom!
We just finished checking in the Old English Rose collection by Gail Kessler for Andover Fabrics. Jim will be making a quilt with this collection that you can view in our booth at the Vermont Quilt Festival. We are participating in a booth hop at the show. Be sure to stop by!
