Ordering Information
To shop online, choose a department to browse in or search by keyword for products. Then add individual items to your shopping cart. You can view your cart or check out anytime you like. You can even save your cart as a wish list for future shopping!
If you want your billing and shipping info to be saved for future purchases you can Create an Account the first time you make a purchase. If you create an account, you will just need to remember your login id and password to access your account for future purchases as your shipping and billing address information will be saved along with info about past orders.
If you forget your account password, you can have it e-mailed to you from the account log-in page.
When you visit the store to make future purchases, go to the Manage Account page and log in to use your saved shipping and billing information in the check out. (Note: your credit card information is not saved and must be entered each time you make a purchase.)

For those of you who prefer to purchase offline, we'll also gladly process your order by phone with a credit card or mail with a money order or check! You can complete your order online, choose the "check" or "money order" payment option to print out an invoice to mail in with your payment. If you want to mail in an order, click here for our Order Form. You can fill out the Order Form online, print it out, and mail with your payment to:

Shipping & Handling Information:
All orders are shipped within 48 hours when possible. Domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Canadian and all other international orders are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail.
Orders placed online will automatically have the following rates applied. The actual shipping cost will be charged to your order at the time of shipping, often the amount is less than the estimated shipping. This adjustment is made after your order is placed and before the final credit card amount is posted.
If mailing an order to us, please use the rate schedule below to calculate your shipping charges. A refund check will be offered where the actual shipping cost is less than the estimated cost on mail orders.

Woodstock Quilt Supply promises to protect your privacy. We do not sell our mailing lists or share your personal information with anyone.
In the unlikely event of packing errors or damaged merchandise, please return the incorrect or damaged items including a brief note describing the problem to Woodstock Quilt Supply and we will credit your account or send a replacement.
Wish List
Maybe you'd like to send a "hint" regarding a special occasion to a special someone. Or maybe you'd just like to keep a list of your favorite things for future shopping! Our wish list is easy to use! Just select the items you want into your shopping cart, then select Save Cart "Wish List" and enter your e-mail address and the e-mail address of the person you want to send your "hint" to along with a message. The contents of your cart will be saved with an ID number that will then be e-mailed to both of you. You (or your friend) will be able to retrieve the contents of the wish list by returning to the site and clicking on "check out." Just insert the wish list ID from your e-mail and the contents of the cart will reappear like magic.
